How Kundali Matching Works

Step 1: Collect birth details

Step 2: Determine Moon sign and Nakshatra

The Moon’s position is used to identify the sidereal Rashi and Nakshatra in many matching systems.

Step 3: Calculate the eight Kootas

Ashtakoota matching compares Varna, Vashya, Tara, Yoni, Graha Maitri, Gana, Bhakoot and Nadi, for a maximum of 36 points.
